AI AGENTS × JAVA DELIVERY
AI agents that add delivery capacity, not headcount.
We combine principal level Java and AWS architecture with AI agents grounded in your codebase. From new services and integrations to modernization, cloud delivery, and backlog reduction, we ship reviewed production work without the delay and fixed overhead of another full time hire. Corp to corp. US and UK citizen principal, no sponsorship. Available for 6 to 12 month engagements.

How agent delivery works
Your estate, queryable.
Before an agent rewrites a line, it should be able to ask the estate what is true. We build that interface, a client specific context layer exposed to our agents through MCP, so they work from verified information rather than guessing from isolated files.
Ground the agents
We map the repositories, modules, dependencies, interfaces, build paths, engineering standards, cloud constraints, and delivery rules relevant to the work.
Execute in parallel
Our agents analyze, implement, refactor, test, document, and prepare changes across clearly scoped workstreams, several lanes at once when the engagement permits.
Human finish the work
The principal architect owns technical decisions, reviews changes, resolves ambiguity, validates risk, and governs production readiness.

The entry engagement
Assessment and Agent Launch
2 weeks · fixed scope
Small enough to approve without a committee, and it ends with working software rather than a slide deck.
- Week one, ground the agents. We map repositories, modules, dependencies, build paths, blockers, and the real state of test coverage across the estate.
- Week two, plan plus a working start. A sequenced delivery plan with named blockers and candidate agent workstreams, plus a running context layer over your codebase that you keep.
What the agents move
GROUND
Agents on verified context
A client specific context layer over your repositories so agents analyze, implement, and test from ground truth under principal review.
MODERNIZE
Upgrades that stopped slipping
Java and Spring upgrades, javax to jakarta, application server exits, dependency remediation, modularization, and legacy replacement, sequenced and reviewed.
BUILD
New services and APIs
New Java services, REST and event driven APIs, integrations, and the Python and ML serving work that connects to them.
RUN AND STABILIZE
Production that holds
AWS delivery for Java workloads, containers, CI/CD, observability, tests, performance, and technical backlog reduction.
