Bring us the backlog our agents can move.
Tell us about the estate, backlog, project, deadline, or cloud environment. We will identify a personalized workstream to fit your specific needs and determine whether an embedded pod, a fixed scope engagement, or an assessment is the right starting point.

Frequently asked
How does pricing work?
Pricing is provided through statements of work documentation, with a fixed pricing scheme. Pricing is proposed on an engagement basis rather than hourly rate. You get a number attached to a defined deliverable and a date, not a rate card and an open meter.
For longer duration projects, we usually recommend an assessment which will provide greater context for more personalized pricing proposals.
We already ran OpenRewrite and AWS Transform. Do we still need you?
That is the best possible starting position, and it is the most common reason people call. Automated tooling handles a large share of the mechanical refactor and then stops: at the dependency that never published a Jakarta artifact, the security configuration that has to be reasoned about rather than rewritten, the module with no test coverage to migrate against.
We use the same tooling. The engagement is the part it cannot finish.
Why build the context layer before the migration?
Because otherwise the agents guess, and on a large proprietary estate a confident guess is worse than no answer. We build a client specific context layer over your repositories and expose it to our agents through MCP, so migration tooling operates on your actual dependency graph instead of on inference from file contents.
It also outlives the migration. The same server that answers what breaks if this is upgraded during the project answers it for every change after.
Where does the cloud work sit?
Inside the modernization practice. Engagements that move estates from application servers to containers carry the AWS landing zone, IAM boundaries, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and JVM sizing after migration. We run Java workloads on AWS, and a migration that produces a Java 21 artifact with nowhere sane to run it has moved the problem rather than solved it.
Our business logic is in Java and our models are in Python. Which practice is that?
The integration practice: model serving from Java applications, gRPC and REST contracts across the boundary, message queue handoffs, and latency at the join. It is the most underserved problem in the catalog because very few contractors are credible on both sides of the seam.
We have shipped production Java Spring services that delegate to models trained in Python.
Does this require a code freeze?
No. Migrations run incrementally against a moving codebase. That is the normal condition, not the exception. We plan sequencing and cutover around active development rather than against it.
Can you work through our staffing vendor?
Yes. Corp to corp through MNM Technology. The principal requires no sponsorship for work authorization.
Who does the work?
The agency is principal led. The same principal architect scopes the work, governs the agents, reviews every change, and answers during cutover. Agents add parallel execution lanes, they do not replace review.
Can we see something you have built?
The full architecture is published as working code on the example engagements page, built over an open source Java project: server, tool schemas, deployment configuration, and the design rationale. Clone it, point it at the same project, and check it.

Estate, versions, deadline. A plain answer either way.
